Nestled within The Victorian Barn, our largest property, Victoria Albert, offers an expansive, adaptable space ideal for hosting sizable groups. This spacious barn conversion, originally a Victorian cattle barn constructed in 1849, underwent a sympathetic transformation in 2009, preserving its historical charm. Victoria Albert boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms, providing ample room for guests to relax and unwind. The property also includes a kitchenette on the first floor and a separate kitchen on the ground floor.

One of Victoria Albert’s standout features is the capacious dining room, capable of seating 16 guests comfortably. A separate bar area and lounge, complete with a wall-mounted 75″ SMART TV, make it perfect for entertainment without leaving the property.

One ensuite family bedroom with a king bed, two single beds, and an optional double sofa bed (six guests). It features floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout curtains, panoramic views, and a Juliette balcony. Space for a cot.
Kitchenette/utility area equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
Four ensuite high-pressure shower rooms with heated towel rails, wash hand basins, and WCs.
One whirlpool bathroom (opposite the king bedroom) with a heated towel rail, curved whirlpool bath with a shower attachment, bidet, wash hand basin, and WC.
Our bedrooms are equipped with comfortable memory foam mattresses, plush pillows and duvets (non-feather), compact TVs, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside tables, and full-length mirrors.

A generous dining room with two farmhouse dining tables arranged in a banquet style, a separate serving table, and modern leather dining chairs for 16 guests. This room also features two leather sofas, a central coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV with an Amazon Fire Stick for post-dining relaxation. It boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout curtains, and two entry/exit doors for guests’ convenience.
