You are responsible for the consequences and actions of all persons who use the property during your holiday.
If you have to cancel, please let us know by ‘phone or email as early as possible. If you cancel within 10 days of making the booking you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the cooling off period, we will readvertise the dates and if we receive a booking you will get a refund minus 15% which is a non-returnable admin fee. If you prefer, you can request a credit for the full amount, to book the cabin in the future. This request must be made when you cancel.
The Cabin must be left in the same state of repair and order as at the start of the holiday. You are responsible for breakages and/or damage and extra cleaning, if necessary. The rent includes the cost of a routine clean at the end of the let, but not any extra deep cleaning.
The Cabin is only suitable for 2 adults. More than this is not allowed and children are not allowed.
Your stay starts after 4pm (check in time 4pm-8pm) on start date and finishes at 11am on leaving date, unless otherwise agreed – to allow for cleaning. If you are not able to get here for 8pm on your arrival day, please let us know and we will make arrangements for you to be let in later in the evening.
We’re sorry, but smoking and pets are not allowed in The Cabin. If this is breached we would have to charge for extra professional cleaning costs.
Baggage and personal belongings are at your own risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for loss of or damage to any vehicle, its contents, or other personal belongings.
