Cancellation: We will allow a 50% refund of any monies that are due to Lickleyhead Castle (not including your booking fee to Rustic and Rural Retreats) up to fourteen days prior to your stay minus any processing fees. Thereafter we will not allow any refund except in exceptional circumstances such as Scottish Government mandated covid lockdowns or other unmitigated situations. Any processing fees that we incur as a result of accepting your booking may be deducted from the amount that we will allow to be refunded to you. If we, through circumstances beyond our control, are unable to fulfill a booking commitment, we will allow a refund of the amount that is due to us (this does not include the booking fee payable to Rustic and Rural Retreats). All requests for refunds should be made directly to Rustic and Rural Retreats.
